The premises covered by our various installations include shops, offices, health centres, warehouses, colleges, schools and domestic dwellings of all sizes.

Your initial enquiry on any of the products we install and maintain will normally lead to a free survey visit being arranged. We do not employ salesmen as surveyors. Our surveyors were once our engineers who then advanced to senior engineering personnel and then were trained as surveyors. You can therefore be guaranteed a professional approach to reviewing your existing security or fire arrangements and to discussing with you and recommending the best system with your preferred budget always in mind and with no hard-selling or hassling.

A 24 hour emergency service is offered on all installations and we guarantee a maximum response time of four hours in the event of an emergency. Within the Southampton area (within a 20 mile radius of our registered offices) we pride ourselves on quoting an average response time of thirty to sixty minutes from time of call-out request, which is a prime advantage to our clients over using many of the national alarm companies. Our maintenance contracts are extremely attractive in that annual routine inspections are included (one or two a year dependent upon type of signalling) and no call-out fees are charged - you pay the same labour rates whether during working hours or at 3 am on Christmas Day!
