After 26 years of running Avenue Alarms Limited, Colin and Nicky have decided to retire. We write to advise that Avenue Alarms Limited has united with The Alarming Company Limited and they will supply all future customer services from 21st November 2008.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to every one of our customers for your loyalty and support over all those years. . Our most important consideration in selecting the right company was the quality of service our customers would receive and the wellbeing of our staff. We believe that The Alarming Company is the most suitable company to compliment and, where possible, enhance the high quality service that we have always given our best endeavours to provide. They have a very similar attitude and ethos to customer service. Colin and Nicky will still be working behind the scenes for the next year or so, assisting to ensure a smooth transition to your new alarm company. We have taken this action mainly and sadly because of Colins recent ill health.
AvenueAlarms Ltd is an independent family run business, established
in 1983, and one of very few with a female managing
director. We pride ourselves on offering a friendly
professional service, whilst employing latest technology
both in
the systems we install and in our administrative
support. Being independent
has allowed us to source the most reliable equipment
and service providers to insure that the systems we
install
are effective and comprehensive whilst remaining user
friendly.
Our company is a NACOSS (National Approval Council for
Security Systems) * Approved Installer and has been approved
and currently awaiting certification to ISO 9001:2000
in respect of intruder alarm systems. In order to comply
with this national quality assurance standard, efficiency
and administration and all areas of our business are
constantly monitored to ensure that all efforts are taken
to improve and update wherever possible. We operate a
training programme on all existing and new employees
thus maintaining a very high standard of quality both
on our installations and on our maintenance & servicing.
